Efficient Designs
ValleyD uses efficient design practices and tools to take algorithms and processing capabilities to FPGAs using minimum resources and power consumption. For example, ValleyD develops channelizers for software-defined radios that will simultaneously perform the digital down-conversion (DDC) on every channel in an entire communications system transponder using only a fraction of a single FPGA.
Real-World Integration and Fielding
ValleyD provides system integration to put the FPGA designs to actual hardware for the customer using ValleyD's extensive experience fielding systems that run in the real-world. ValleyD's FPGA designs emphasize maximizing dynamic range of algorithms.
Client-Defined Interfaces
ValleyD develops control software and GUIs for testing, integration, and operators using the software language of the client's choice or directly interface to the control software developed by the client.
Algorithm Experience
ValleyD leverages from its digital signal processing (DSP), image processing, high-performance computing (HPC) and mathematical strengths to develop new algorithms for clients or to intelligently take pre-developed client algorithms directly to FPGA designs, including preservation of floating-point designs and performance.
